Solving a Palm Oil Bottling Problem
Jumbo UK Ltd approached to see if we could invent a solution to their Palm Oil bottling problem. Their issue was that at room temperature their Palm Oil was either a solid, or too viscous to be able to fill their bottles with. We created, and installed them a system that uses our cooling plates, but which we then pass hot water through instead in order to raise the temperature inside our tank. This added heat melts the solid oil to an extent that it can be easily transfered into bottles
for retail packaging.
