Latimer Ales has its roots deeply embedded in the art of brewing, but our journey has taken us far beyond the confines of traditional beer production
Starting in 2008 with humble home-brewing experiments, we quickly discovered a passion for crafting exceptional beverages and the equipment needed to make them. What began with Belgian tripels and German bocks brewed in simple plastic buckets soon evolved into a vision of creating our own brewery.
By 2012, we had realised that dream, launching Latimer Ales Ltd. However, as we navigated the challenges of the brewing industry, it became clear that our true strength lay not just in making beer, but in designing and manufacturing the stainless steel vessels and tanks that make brewing possible. Out of necessity, we created temperature-controlled fermenters that piqued the interest of other brewers, sparking a new chapter for Latimer Ales.
