Our Hot Liquor Tanks (HLTs) are an essential component for breweries, designed to deliver reliable and energy-efficient hot water solutions. Constructed from 304-grade stainless steel, these tanks are available in capacities up to 1000L, catering to the needs of both small and large-scale brewing operations. Each tank combines durability with thoughtful engineering to ensure optimal performance during every brew cycle.

The tanks are equipped with digital control panels featuring large displays, allowing brewers to precisely set and monitor their desired water temperature, up to 99°C. Once the target temperature is reached, the HLT maintains the contents within a 1°C variance, ensuring consistent results throughout the brewing process. This level of control minimises manual adjustments and frees up brewers to focus on other aspects of their craft.

To enhance energy efficiency, our HLTs feature 50mm thick insulation with a Lambda value of 0.022 W/mK, offering excellent thermal retention. This advanced insulation minimises energy consumption, reducing costs and environmental impact. By preheating the water overnight, brewers can ease the load on their brewhouse equipment during peak hours, streamlining operations and saving time.

Each tank is powered by a 240V system, eliminating the need for costly three-phase power setups for smaller capacities. A 1-inch outlet tap ensures smooth and controlled water flow, simplifying the transfer of hot water to the mash tun or other vessels in your brewery.
