Our Boiler Tanks, crafted from durable 304-grade stainless steel, are indispensable for breweries of all sizes, with capacities ranging from 300L to 1000L. Developed and refined during the planning of our own brewery, these tanks embody efficiency, practicality, and reliability, ensuring seamless brewing operations.

Thermal insulation is a critical feature of these tanks. Each boiler is encased in 50mm thick, highly thermally efficient foam, designed to minimise energy consumption while maintaining consistent heat levels. Even when the tank reaches boiling point, the outer surface remains cool to the touch, reflecting the superior quality of the insulation and enhancing safety during operation. This design reduces heat loss and ensures energy efficiency, vital for cost-effective brewing.

Boilers with capacities up to 500L operate on 240V power, making them accessible for smaller operations, while larger tanks require three-phase power to accommodate their increased capacity. The tanks are engineered for easy cleaning and maintenance, featuring a 300mm manway door for straightforward removal of solid waste post-production. A stainless steel false bottom at the tank’s base prevents blockages by capturing large particles, ensuring smooth operation throughout the brewing process.

Each boiler is equipped with a chimney hose tail on the lid, compatible with 5-inch flue liner pipes, which efficiently vent steam generated during boiling. This thoughtful design not only ensures the integrity of your brewing environment but also promotes the consistent performance of the boiler over time.
