The Boiler Tank 500L (B0500) is the largest boiler in our range designed for use with a standard 240V power supply, making it ideal for businesses without access to three-phase power. With a capacity of 500L and 12kW heating power, this stainless steel boiler delivers reliable and efficient performance for mid-sized brewing and distilling operations.
Built with 304-grade stainless steel, the B0500 features 50mm thick insulation to minimise heat loss and reduce energy consumption. Even at boiling temperatures, the tank’s exterior remains cool to the touch, ensuring safe and efficient operation. The 300mm manway door allows for easy removal of solid waste, while the false bottom prevents blockages by capturing larger particles.
A chimney hose tail on the lid supports the attachment of a 5-inch flue liner pipe for effective steam venting, making the B0500 a practical and robust solution for various production environments.
