The Hot Liquor Tank 1000L (H1000) is the largest and most powerful vessel in our hot liquor tank range, designed to meet the needs of high-volume brewing operations. With an impressive 1000L capacity, this tank is ideal for breweries, distilleries, and other facilities that require efficient heating and storage of large volumes of water.
Equipped with a digital control panel, the H1000 allows users to program and monitor temperatures up to 99°C. Once the desired temperature is reached, the tank maintains it within a 1°C variance, ensuring consistent results. The tank’s 50mm thick insulation, with a Lambda value of 0.022 W/mK, minimises energy usage and keeps water hot for extended periods, making it both cost-effective and environmentally friendly.
The H1000 operates on a standard 240-volt power supply, eliminating the need for expensive three-phase systems. Constructed from durable 304-grade stainless steel, it features a 1-inch outlet tap for smooth dispensing and a polished exterior for enhanced hygiene and aesthetics.

The tap’s placement simplifies brew day workflows, helping to keep operations efficient and hassle-free.
240 Volt Immersion Heater Elements
Our heating systems are powered by 240-volt immersion heater elements, which can be configured in increments of 3kW to suit your specific needs. For smaller tanks, such as those with 200L or 300L capacities, a single 3kW element is typically sufficient. Larger tanks, such as 500L, 700L, and 1000L, often benefit from a 6kW configuration for more efficient heating. While it’s possible to customise the power setup to include additional heating capacity, we generally avoid incorporating three-phase power for these applications, as it significantly increases production costs. For larger tanks, it’s worth noting that with 6kW of power, it may take up to 12 hours to bring a full tank of water to the desired temperature, depending on starting conditions. This setup provides a reliable and cost-effective heating solution for most applications.
