Crafting a Compact Microbrewery For Priest Town Brewing

Priest Town Brewing approached Latimer Ales with a unique challenge: designing a fully functional microbrewery within a compact space.

As a small-scale operation, they needed an efficient, high-quality setup tailored to their specific requirements. Collaborating closely with Ian Stezaker, the head brewer and owner, we devised a custom brewing system that maximized their available space without compromising on performance.

Innovative Equipment Solutions

To meet Priest Town Brewing’s needs, we provided a combination of our trusted Hot Liquor Tanks (HLT) and fermenters, ensuring precise temperature control and consistent brewing results. In addition, Ian supplied two additional vessels, which we skillfully converted into a kettle and a mash tun, creating a seamless and efficient brewing system. This bespoke approach allowed Ian to kickstart his brewing journey with confidence, supported by equipment designed to scale with his ambitions.
