Kombucha Fermentation Tank 1000L

Product Code: K1000

Product Description

The Kombucha FV 1000L is the largest of our temperature-controlled fermentation tanks, crafted with 304-grade stainless steel to deliver precise temperature regulation for large-scale Kombucha brewing. Initially designed for Kombucha producers, this specialised fermenter focuses on gentle heating to maintain the optimal fermentation temperature of 30°C, ensuring high-quality results for every batch.

Unlike traditional fermentation systems that manage cooling, the K1000 prioritises gentle heat delivery by circulating warm water through a stainless steel immersion panel, gradually increasing the fermentation temperature. This process safeguards the yeast (SCOBY), preventing damage while creating the perfect environment for fermentation.

Fully automated and self-contained, the Kombucha FV 1000L requires no external input, making it a reliable and efficient solution for professional brewers. Beyond Kombucha and Kefir production, this system is adaptable for use in other industries where precise and gentle heat regulation is critical.
