Mash Tun 300L
Product Code: T0300
Product Description
The Mash Tun 300L (T0300) is a compact yet highly efficient stainless steel mash tun, purpose-built for breweries and distilleries looking for reliability, thermal performance, and ease of use. Designed with precision and energy efficiency in mind, this mash tun is perfect for startup brewers and those scaling up their operations.
Constructed from 304-grade stainless steel, the T0300 features 50mm thick insulation to minimise heat loss during the mashing process. This advanced insulation ensures the mash temperature drops by only 1-2°C over a 90-minute period, even without additional heat input, helping to reduce energy costs.
The T0300 includes a 300mm manway door for easy access and waste removal, an analogue temperature gauge for monitoring, and a stainless steel false bottom with 3mm holes to prevent grains from clogging the outlet. Additionally, a copper sparge arm integrated into the lid allows for efficient sparging without removing the lid, preserving heat throughout the cycle.

Energy-Efficient Insulation
Our range of Mash Tuns feature 50mm thick insulation made from highly efficient foam, ensuring minimal heat loss. During a 90-minute mash, temperatures drop by only 1-2°C, eliminating the need for additional heating and reducing energy costs.
300mm Manway Door for Easy Cleaning
The large manway door allows for quick and easy removal of waste products, simplifying cleaning after each use. Positioned next to the door is an analogue temperature gauge, enabling precise temperature monitoring throughout the mashing process.
Stainless Steel False Bottom
A stainless steel false bottom with 3mm holes is installed to prevent grains from clogging the outlet. This design optimises efficiency and water flow, ensuring a smooth brewing process every time.
Integrated Copper Sparge Arm
The copper sparge arm is built into the insulated lid, allowing the sparging cycle to be completed without removing the lid. This design prevents heat loss and maintains a stable temperature during the entire process.
